2. Service Description

DeepCloud provides cloud infrastructure services, including but not limited to virtual private servers, desktop as a service, cloud storage, and application publishing.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use services in accordance with acceptable use policy
• Pay all fees when due

4. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. Details of our SLA and compensation for any service disruptions are available in our Service Level Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

DeepCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
